Payment and Delivery

  1. Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
    You can make a transfer to any of our (Turkish Lira) accounts from Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi Bank.

  2. Payment via Credit Card on Our Website
    You can make a one-time payment with any type of credit card, or use online installment options from Akbank. After completing your online payment, the amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

  3. Order Refund
    In the event of order cancellation, Fihr Reklam Tanıtım Taşımacılık İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şirketi will refund the product amount to your account or credit card within 3 business days. To ensure the refund process goes smoothly, please provide your bank account and/or credit card details correctly and completely to our finance department.

  4. Delivery
    We strive to deliver your ordered products to the courier as soon as possible. For products that require time to procure, the delivery time is 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. You will be informed if there are any delivery delays. Please provide your exact delivery address to avoid any issues with delivery.

Products shipped from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via PTT Cargo. After your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier within 3-5 business days. You can contact our customer representative for different delivery options. Please note that delivery is only valid within Turkey.

  1. Payment Tracking
    If any issue occurs during payment, our system will inform you. If there is an error with the address information, we will contact the customer who placed the order to resolve the delivery issue. The validity of the email address you provide will be confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
    We are responsible for ensuring the delivery is completed properly, both to the customer and the bank that processes the credit card payments.

Please Note!
If you suspect that the package has been damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in front of the courier representative. If you find any damage, do not accept the package and request the courier to file a report.

Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the courier company has fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged, please send the damage report to the fax number 0850 466 0 985 and notify us at nidekoco@gmail.com.

By following these steps, we will start the necessary actions regarding the package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as quickly as possible. If you briefly explain why you wish to return the product, it will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
