Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we will do our best to assist you. Please carefully review the following return and exchange conditions:

1. Return Period
You can return your products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

2. Personalized Products
We do not accept returns for personalized, custom-made, or specially ordered products. If you request personalization or a custom design, it means the product is made specifically for you. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed for personalized products. We recommend carefully reviewing all details before placing your order.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons:

• Lingerie, cosmetics, personal care items,
• Used or opened products,
• Items with damaged labels or packaging,
• Discounted, special order, or promotional items.

4. Steps for Returning
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days. After submitting your return request, return the product to the address we provide, unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Shipping costs are covered by us only if the product is defective. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged Product Return
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. After verifying the damage, we will initiate the return or exchange process.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned items meet the return conditions. Refunds will only be issued if the products meet the return criteria.

7. Returns of Digital Products: Returns are not accepted for digital products (software, e-books, online courses, etc.). Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned due to the nature of their usability and replication.

8. Copyright and Commercial Use: Copyrighted products require a separate license for each commercial use. For each commercial sale, a new purchase must be made for the number of products used. Please ensure the necessary licenses are obtained before using our copyrighted products commercially.
